700 MEDCAP BENEFICIARIES IN LA PAZ
         
Camp Aquino, Tarlac City- There were about 700 people were benefited from the Medical Civic Action Program (MEDCAP) and NOLCOM when the joint-team conducted “FREE MEDICAL MISSION” in the said area. NOLCOM Chief Lt. Gen Romeo B. Dominguez coordinated the mission with the local government officials of the Municipality of La Paz, more particularly Barangay Caut, Lapaz, Tarlac last Friday, Oct. 1, 2004.
According to LTC Elias H Escarcha PA of 1st Civil Realtions Group, CRSAFP, the MEDCAP is being supported by 3rd Dist. Congressman Jesli A. Lapuz. Nbrgy. Caut of La Paz, Tarlac was also one of the most affected areas by the recent calamity in the province.
MEDCAP is being headed by Camp Aquino Station Hospital (CASH) medical team; Major Arsenio Bellen and Major Jose Nasario take charge on the medical aspect of the patients such as diarrhea, fever, blood pressure, nausea and vomiting while Major Fermin Reunion leads the Dental Team.
“Napakalaking tulong serbisyo publiko ang naisagawang MEDCAP na ito ng mga sundalo na patunay ng tumatatag na ugnayan ng mga sibilyan at sundalo hindi lamang sa bayan ng La Paz kung hindi maging gsayunman sa ibang lugar ng ating bansa,” Municipal Councilor Santiago Megia and Brgy.
