Luisita resumes milling operations as tension eases

13 year old girl rape victim
A 13 year old girl, grade three pupil was molested/rape by her step father which took place at their house in Brgy. Labney, Mayantoc, Tarlac.
Step father was Orlando Baun, 45 years old, he is now facing a case of rape in relation to RA 7610.
. Investigation conduct by P01 Mary Jane Isidro of Mayantoc PS, revealed that while her mother left their house, the suspect took advantage of the situation and by means on force and intimidation; he molested and rape the victim. “The molestation not happen once but twice, it started last August 10, 2004 and it was repeated this recently dated September 6, 2004” the victim said.
